Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be easily adaptable, exceptionally organized, and have excellent presentation, problem solving, storytelling, and design skills. They should also be able to manage competing priorities effectively and explain difficult or sensitive information while working to build consensus.

They should have solid proficiency with front-end UI technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) as well as industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, In-Vision, and be able to bring new technology to the table. Experience working with components in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is required.

The candidate should have experience in translating UI/design to development, writing stories and requirements for developers, and ensuring a smooth handoff between teams. Knowledge of AfterEffects and Infogram is a plus. They should also have an excellent design/creative portfolio and online presence expertise.

Additionally, the candidate should be highly flexible and adaptable, embracing ambiguity and responding positively to change. They should have in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in their own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. They should also apply best practices and understand how their area integrates with others.
