Job Description

At Genix Healthcare Head Office in Gildersome, Leeds we are currently seeking an experienced Video Content Creator for our expanding in house marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute visually stunning videography and photography content tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithms.
• Stay informed about current trends and challenges on Instagram and Tiktok ensuring content remains relevant and engaging to the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
• Proactively research and implement innovative techniques to enhance content quality and increase audience engagement.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant trends and challenges on TikTok.
• Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer or Social Content Creator with a strong portfolio of engaging photography and video content.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok and IG trends, challenges, and algorithmic preferences.
• Proficient in using professional camera equipment, video editing software, and graphic design tools. Highly experienced on Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics to track and analyse the performance of content.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving trends and platforms in the social media landscape.

Additional Information

Salary: From £25,000.00 to £30,000 per year depending on experience.
