Join a fast-growing startup where you’ll have impact from day one! Worksome is building a platform to support the changing labor market. We are looking for a Product Designer who values consistency, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a Product Designer at Worksome, you will have autonomy to shape and create solutions in collaboration with Product Managers. Your responsibilities will include researching, wireframing, testing, iterating, and designing user-focused solutions. You will also be responsible for creating user-flows, wireframes, interfaces, design patterns, and communicating design specs to the engineering team. You will contribute to a positive and productive design culture.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have experience in creating end-to-end product design
• Have high attention to detail and consistency
• Be passionate about well-made products and enjoy trying out new ideas
• Be a great team player, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Be a humble collaborator who can effectively define and communicate ideas
• Have experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, or similar (we use Figma)

Additional Information

• You know HTML/CSS, JS, or some other coding language (an advantage)
• You have experience with animation and motion design (an advantage)
• You are involved in the design community (an advantage)
