Job Description

The Creative Project Manager role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to manage creative requests of all sizes from start to finish for a wide variety of properties in the art, entertainment, fashion, film, and sports categories. As a key member of our global, in-house creative team, you will ensure that all work coming through the creative department is delivered on time and at the highest level. You will manage all project details including the brief, resources, allocations, timelines, deliverables, budgets, reporting, and planning. Temporary position with a 4-month duration.

Requirements

• 4-6 Years industry experience
• Proven experience managing the timely delivery of creative projects and deliverables in the art, entertainment, fashion, film, and sports categories
• Proven experience working with creative resources that include art directors, designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, producers, photographers, illustrators, etc.
• Proven experience working on brand, campaign, and product announcements and launches
• Proven experience planning, leading, directing, and managing various creative-driven projects simultaneously

• The ability to balance multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines
• The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders (often in different countries and time zones)
• A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand
• The ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Ability to define and redefine processes, systems, and structures to optimize workflow across the department
• A passion for an experience-driven culture
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Asana project management software

Hiring Range

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation, and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
