Job Description

This is a full-time role for an experienced Senior Designer specific to the aesthetic of the Downtown Femme segment. The Senior Designer will be responsible for research, development, sketching, tech pack development, and sample management for each season across multiple brands. They will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure product integrity and fit consistency. The Senior Designer will lead and manage a team of designers and work with the Design Director to build brand-specific products.

Requirements

• Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Development, or Apparel Design related field
• 8+ years of work experience in Design
• In-depth knowledge of textiles, materials, construction, and fit
• Experience with computer sketching using CAD skills, including Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience developing tech packs
• Strong hand illustration skills
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite applications
• Experience at a luxury or contemporary brand (preferred)
• Experience leading a team (preferred)

Additional Information

A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. REVOLVE is a fast-paced work environment, and the ability to work under pressure and handle shifting priorities is important. The role may require travel overseas and lifting up to 10 lbs. REVOLVE offers a competitive salary range for this position, with a current estimate of $90,000 to $95,000 per year.
