This role is for a Product Manager who will have a pivotal role in delivering the vision and strategy of technology solutions used by thousands of food businesses around the world. The Product Manager will be the expert in Bidfood and their customers working together, and leverage this knowledge to create best of breed B2B solutions for Bidfood to engage online with their customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product ownership or management experience
• Ability to demonstrate having successfully delivered and enhanced digital products in an agile environment
• Familiarity with continuous product discovery, encompassing all of user research, competitive research and market intelligence
• Genuine passion for creating technology solutions to real business problems

About the Role

A BidOne Product Manager is the champion of their digital application and its contribution to the success of our Bidfood businesses around the world. This role is working at our office in Epsom, a 12-month fixed term full-time opportunity as a parental leave cover. In this role, you will: maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders and intimately understand business process and user requirements, identify, qualify and lead the evaluation, validation and prioritisation of new customer and product needs/opportunities at scale, consistently contribute to the growth and performance of our platform, use technology to solve the business problems that arise for Bidfood and their customers, proactively maintain the product backlog and roadmap, partner with UX to create engaging customer experiences, participate as a key member of the wider BidOne product team contributing to team product management competence, contribute to the wider BidOne business strategy to ensure that the product vision and roadmap align.
