Job Description:

We are seeking an in-house social media content creator to craft engaging and fresh visuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand identity, a passion for creating primarily video and photo content, and the ability to work in both a studio and lifestyle setting. You will be working daily with our Brand Manager, with direction from our Creative Director.

Here’s An Idea Of Your Duties:

• Concept and execute video projects in a timely manner
• Interpret video statistics and use them to optimize further projects (A/B testing)
• Streamline content creation for a consistent brand message across all channels
• Monitor short-form video trends and quickly respond
• Identify new opportunities for content
• Position and post videos to appropriate channels according to marketing calendars or priority of project
• Attend and document any brand photoshoots, events, or off-site happenings
• Assist in maintaining video-based platforms (YouTube, TikTok, and partially IG)

Requirements:

• Portfolio or samples of work must be submitted
• At least 1 year of videography experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or suitable video editing software
• Skill in concepting/storyboarding and interpreting/applying analytic data
• Ability to create for social media, advertisements, and longer form content
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and work in a collaborative setting
