Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to contribute to our objectives of expanding our market and services. As a Marketing Specialist, your pivotal role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, including two exciting new additions set to launch in 2024, with the overarching goal of driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and Analyst Advisor to support the execution of marketing campaigns through strategic analysis, encompassing tasks such as market research, data analysis, email sequence creation, basic SEO strategy, and management of Google and social media ads. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing initiatives. This role will be based in Charleston or Austin and involve a blend of virtual and in-person work, joining 2 to 3 other Graceful Spaces employees and contractors to support the company’s successful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities, utilizing insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content across various platforms, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, generating reports to evaluate effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and design) to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing messaging and activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, recommending innovative approaches to drive marketing success.
  • Maintain effective communication and build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with expertise in digital marketing channels.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, marketing automation software, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging marketing content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.

Other Information:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 30 per week
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charleston, SC 29401
