Job Description

A conceptual and design-driven art director responsible for the creation and execution of deliverables that could include TV, digital banners, digital out of home, paid social, email, print, direct mail, collateral, and brand guideline creation and maintenance.

A portfolio demonstrating experience in multiple channels is a must. Experience working on credit cards and/or for an audience of small business owners is a plus. The art director collaborates with a copywriter to create content across a variety of channels, mentioned above.

Requirements

Strong strategic and conceptual thinking

Design skills across a variety of media

Knowledge of best practices across digital and social channels

Experience creating ads in paid social channels

Ability to design to established specs, templates, and brand guidelines

Highly detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable managing a heavy volume of deliverables

Delivers high-quality work, with an emphasis on quality control

Able to collaborate with team members across all departments and respect/follow processes

Team player

Able to communicate and present work with confidence and clarity

Able to communicate with developers to deploy web designs

5+ years of experience in an art direction role

Knowledge of digital standards and best practices, including web accessibility

Strong design skills to inform work from layout to production

Software skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma

Expertise in building files using Layer Comp feature of Photoshop

Knowledge of innovations and trends in digital and social
