Job Description

Motivational Speaking Company is seeking a talented web designer/developer with experience using SiteGround as a hosting platform. The role involves making regular updates to the company’s website, tracking analytics, and optimizing it for SEO.

Key responsibilities include:

• Updating content on the website, including monthly blog posts, speaker bios, messaging, videos, and images.
• Utilizing SEO best practices, including using Google keywords to write meta descriptions, maximizing page content quality, display, links, and meta tags.
• Having a high-level understanding of Google Analytics and tagging to assess content performance and optimize the website.
• Addressing and resolving bugs or website glitches.
• Collaborating with the team to incorporate new online courses and products on the website during product launches.
• Managing and maintaining email marketing through MailChimp.
• Assisting with website hosting and working through support issues as needed.
• Ensuring consistent style, quality, and tone of voice for website content.

Requirements

• Experience using SiteGround, WordPress, MailChimp, LearnDash, Google Analytics, and Divi WordPress Theme preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Effective organization skills.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of WordPress websites.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially with computers and websites.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid leadership skills.
• Desire for a positive and remote work environment.
