Job Description:
- Create and maintain visual design of landing pages, artwork, and design templates
- Convert offline marketing campaigns to digital-first activations
- Identify and propose quick-win recommendations for enhancing user experience
- Help inform the end-to-end design process, from research to testing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply knowledge to drive innovation
- Collaborate in strategic experience design discussions and provide feedback
- Encourage team empowerment and foster a collaborative environment
- Facilitate regular conversations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent certification in UX design
- 5-8 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with project management tools and design software
- Knowledge of design collaboration tools
- Working knowledge of Design Systems, Material Design, Bootstrap, and Responsive Design
- Preferred experience in telecommunications or high-tech environment
- Creative agency experience in a leadership or operational management role
