Job Description:

Realty Studios is seeking talented freelance photographers to join our team and provide visual solutions to a variety of clients in the real estate industry. As a Freelance Photographer Specialist, you will conduct site visits, capture high-quality photographs, and ensure accuracy in portraying properties. We offer in-depth training to introduce you to our quality benchmarks and working methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit sites as scheduled
• Capture vivid and detailed photographs, reflecting the essence of the property
• Engage with clients to deliver Realty Studios’ renowned service quality
• Submit photographs within hours after the visit

Requirements:

• Availability from Monday to Friday between 7 AM - 5 PM (Weekend availability appreciated)
• Personal transportation for site visits
• High-resolution camera (mirrorless preferred) and wide-angle lens
• Experience in flash photography and Flambient photography
• Proven skill in property photography
• Familiarity with software/tools like Photoshop and Lightroom
• Experience with laser measuring devices
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and a client-focused approach
• Prior experience in professional photography is considered an asset

Availability:

• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week, ideally between 9 am to 7 pm
• Candidates with open availability are preferred

Compensation:

Payment is per site visit and takes into consideration the distance traveled and intricacies of the assignment.
