Job Description

The Videographer/Editor will have the following responsibilities:

• Capture and edit high-quality videos for various projects
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Conduct interviews and record footage at various locations
• Edit raw footage to create compelling and engaging videos
• Add visual effects and motion graphics
• Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives
• Manage video files and maintain an organized library of footage

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Videographer/Editor role should have:

• Proven experience as a videographer/editor
• Confident understanding of the Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles and techniques
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression settings for web and social media platforms
• Familiarity with photography principles and techniques is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Additional Information

• This is a full-time or part-time position
• The salary range is £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
• Expected hours of work are 40 per week

• Ability to commute to Chester is required
• The work location is in person
