Job Description:

MNTN is seeking a deadline-driven User Experience Designer to join the UX team within the product organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for UX and will be responsible for executing innovative UX and UI designs from concept to completion. They will collaborate with stakeholders on design initiatives, schedule meetings regularly, and champion the UX workflow. The candidate will also work cross-functionally with other teams and be a creative visionary behind platform innovations. They will contribute to all stages of the product design process and collaborate with the development team to inform future product features and benefits. The candidate will be the voice of UX and work with the design team to improve user engagement for MNTN products.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms and consumer-facing self-service apps
• Proven track record as a design and UX visionary
• High-level proficiency in UI design
• Ability to answer complex questions and provide fully flushed-out solutions
• Passion for creating user-centric experiences
• Knowledge of UX and software development lifecycle
• Ability to generate product requirements and prioritize backlogs
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and pivot based on business objectives
• Experience with software development in a B2B or B2C web application environment
• Experience working cross-functionally across departments and being the voice of users
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, problem-solving ability, and impact on project work
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe CS
• Experience working with, building, and maintaining design systems
• A/B Testing and UX Analytics experience
• Experience with JIRA
• Knowledge of front-end development coding in HTML and CSS
• Background in AdTech, eCommerce, or client-facing SaaS platforms
