Job Description:

Decskill is searching for a Data Analyst for a project based in Lisbon. The responsibilities for this role include:

• Being part of an international and diverse team to help Global Markets Front Office understand their clients better and identify opportunities.
• Working directly with one or more business areas to provide valuable insights for driving business growth.
• Preparing and analyzing complex datasets using data/statistical models and best practices in data visualization.
• Recommend efficient ways to provide quality data and added value.
• Leverage large volumes of data from internal and external sources.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Professional experience in data analysis with programming, preferably Python (Pandas).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus.
• Knowledge in Big Data technologies such as Pyspark, Presto, and Airflow is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus.
