Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Artworker to join our creative team. As an Artworker, you will play a crucial role in translating client ideas into visually appealing and brand-compliant designs. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that all artwork is suitable for manufacture, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include creating product visuals and technical layouts, adapting designs for various products, following brand guidelines, managing multiple projects, and preparing print-ready files.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Artworker or Graphic Designer, preferably in a merchandise or print production environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills
• Knowledge of print production processes and techniques
• Knowledge and experience of WordPress (bonus)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Work Schedule

Full-time or part-time, expected hours: 20-35 per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary

£22,500.00-£28,500.00 per year

Education and Experience

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
• 1 year of Artworker experience (preferred)
