Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare services. You will spearhead the development of our D2C application, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch a product that makes high-quality health solutions accessible to all. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking venture in its early stages, with the chance to significantly impact our product strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s mission and user needs.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and intuitive product experience.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand market needs and identify new product opportunities.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure the success and impact of features and guide future product improvements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to push boundaries and challenge assumptions.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to broader business strategy and operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the health tech, D2C, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of building products that delight users.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a capacity for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:
This is an active founding member position. No base salary. Be willing to commit to daily meetings and tasks.
