Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Freelance Videographer/Cinematographer to join our busy wedding firm. The ideal candidate will have experience filming weddings and possess a natural ability to shoot in a creative manner while taking direction from the team. Please note that this is a contract position with specific dates available:

Available Dates:

• Feb 27th, 2024 - Dripping Springs, Texas
• March 23rd, 2024 - Wimberly, Texas
• April 13th, 2024 - Bastrop, Texas
• April 27th, 2024 - Dallas, Texas
• May 18th, 2024 - Lampasas, Texas
• June 15th, 2024 - Colleyville, Texas

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Videographer/Cinematographer role should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Passionate about filming and creating stories.
• Ability to take candid moments and add creative value.
• Highly skilled with DSLR’s (Manual Mode), filming, gimbal, sliders, and special equipment.
• Able to meet deadlines, follow directions, and willingness to learn.
• Work a flexible schedule including after business hours and weekends if necessary.
• Have reliable transportation and maintain a professional appearance.
• Must have filmed a minimum of 10 weddings.
• Proficiency in working with a team.

Additional Requirements:

We will only consider candidates who have a wedding reel. Please submit your portfolio link with any wedding relevant experiences. We require all our contractors to have their own equipment, so please list out all the gear you would be using for the wedding gig.

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
• Schedule: Weekends as needed

• Education: Associate (Preferred)
• Experience: Wedding: 1 year (Required), Videography: 3 years (Required)

• Work Location: On the road
