Job Description
We are currently working with a globally recognised Retail company in the Netherlands who are recruiting for several AWS Data Engineers. The project will be initially 12 months long with the option to extend, this will be a freelance contract 2 days onsite in Amsterdam and 3 days remote.
Requirements
- Experience as a developer or data scientist/engineer
- Knowledge of streaming architectures / data ingestion methods
- Knowledge of major AWS Big Data & Analytics services such as Kinesis, Athena, EMR, Redshift
- Knowledge of data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as BitBucket CI/CD, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
