Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the visual narrative of our brand. The perfect candidate will have experience in photography, lighting, video production, audio production, editing footage, and publishing photos/videos to social media. They should possess a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, and be able to collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to understand project goals and requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing and organizing a library of digital assets and capturing high-quality, compelling photos and videos that align with the brand’s vision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Photographer/Videographer
• Proven skills in photography, lighting, video production, audio production, editing footage, and publishing photos/videos to social media
• Strong knowledge of editing software and other digital tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Artist IO, Word Press, Microsoft Office)
• Experience managing and organizing a library of digital assets
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of photography and videography projects
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Ability to collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to understand project goals and requirements
• Proven ability in capturing high-quality, compelling photos and videos
• Interviewing and scriptwriting skills

Education:

Preferred: AA, Bachelors (or working on Bachelor’s) degree in photography, filmmaking, graphic design, or marketing related field. An exception may be made for education in lieu of substantial work experience.

Other Requirements:

• Must be licensed to fly a drone (preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to handle, carry, set up/take down equipment independently
• Must be able to sit and/or stand at workstation for up to eight hours per day
• Must be able to proficiently operate computers, tablets, and other productivity machinery and technology
• Must be able to reliably arrive at work on time for scheduled shifts
• Must be able to move about the building, as needed, to perform required functions
• Must be able to remain in a designated work area for up to eight hours per day, with the exception of breaks as required by law
• Must be able to effectively communicate information and ideas
• Must be able to perform other job duties as assigned

Details:

• Location: Hayden, ID 83835
• Pay: $20-26 per hour (Salary DOE)
• Part-time: 2-3 days per week, pre-scheduled and mutually agreed upon. Typical workday will be 7:00-16:00
• Weekends may be required for events
