Job Description:

- Collaborate with the director and production team to understand the creative vision and goals of the project

- Plan and execute the visual aspects of the film or video production, including camera angles, lighting, and composition

- Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality footage

- Ensure that shots are framed correctly and captured according to the script and storyboard

- Make creative decisions regarding camera movement, lens selection, and shot composition

- Work closely with the director of photography to achieve the desired visual style

- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure seamless integration of footage into the final product

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cinematography techniques

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cinematographer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of photography and film principles

- Proficiency in post-production software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing techniques

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to adapt to different shooting conditions and environments

Other Information:

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.90 - $26.38 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Ability to Relocate: Park Ridge, IL 60068: Relocate before starting work (Required)
