Job Description

Our Creative Studio is looking for a positive, approachable, innovative Motion Graphics Designer (Junior-Mid level) with excellent graphic design skills who can make stunning content to help bring brand experiences and in-house content to life across the Outernet District’s huge canvas of screens and social platforms. They will also work closely with the Creative and Commercial teams to create impactful graphic design across sales, digital and marketing assets, client/brand mocks and pitch documents. With an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a solid creative and technical mind, the Junior-Mid Designer will have a creative flair and a sharp sense of style and aesthetics. The successful candidate will be able to build a strong portfolio working across different projects and design styles. You will also have the chance to influence major client campaigns through your references and deck designs.

Requirements

• Present a solid showreel showcasing your motion design skills.
• Able to use a variety of design software.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and, ideally, some experience in Cinema 4D is required.
• Use the Adobe Creative Suite to fully artwork print and digital materials to a high standard.
• An understanding of print and digital resolutions.
• A keen willingness and hunger to constantly learn and grow as a Designer.
• Always provides alternatives to the brief.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curious and self-motivated, highly aware of current design trends, always eager to explore new areas, approaches and tools and actively advocate for anything creatively inspiring. Interest in music, film, gaming, social media and new technologies is necessary.
• An ability to understand design layout and straightforward edit principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
• Excellent organisational skills, particularly in naming conventions and archiving.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to think and design conceptually, with solid design skills, and effectively express those ideas in various media.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional time-management and organisation skills, being able to clearly and work systematically and consistently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• To set, accept and tackle demanding objectives enthusiastically and invest a lot of time and energy in work, showing drive, determination, and commitment to creative excellence.
