Job Description:

We are looking for a mid-weight Designer for our Design department who can conceptualize ideas on design based projects and craft those ideas to life. You will work closely with a senior art director and copywriter team, being involved in briefs from the beginning. Your role will involve bringing new real estate developments to life by crafting brand identities and themes, as well as creating initial visualizations through AI.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Keynote, etc.
• Ability to create design work and identities for brands and advertising campaigns
• Versatility and interest across different media and channels
• Strong strategic understanding aligned with audience insights
• Strong conceptual ability and lots of branding experience
• Experience with creating AI imagery
