Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist for our client in the US, you will be part of a team located in Boston or remote in the US East Coast timezone. You will work on projects within the pharmaceutical industry and Multiomics data products. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle data science projects, data analysis, development of NLP/Deep Learning/Machine Learning models, and communication with team and customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

- At least 5 years of commercial experience in Data Science

- Strong knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and probability theory

- Experience with algorithms and data structures

- Proficiency in Machine Learning libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, ScikitLearn)

- Experience with at least one Deep Learning framework (Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch)

- Knowledge of modern Neural Networks architectures

- Experience in Natural Language Processing, including LLMs

- Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, GCloud, Azure)

- Practical experience with Docker

- Background from the pharmaceutical industry
