Job Title: Photographer/Videographer & Visual Storyteller

Department/Group: Support Staff

Location: Hybrid job (virtual and on location when required)

Travel Required: Applicant must live in the Chicago area

Position Type: Work-exchange | Internship position with pay and free tuition to the program

Job Summary: Seeking a talented Videographer & Visual Storyteller to create engaging video content for an online education program.

Responsibilities

• Create video content for the education program
• Use visual storytelling to convey educational concepts
• Handle all aspects of video production
• Collaborate with content team
• Ensure video content meets quality standards

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Bilingual skills (English, French, Spanish is a plus)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Videographer
• Strong storytelling skills
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fluent with documentary and narrative-styled filming

• Pay: From $20.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 3.75 per week
• Schedule: Flexible, part-time, contract, temporary
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience: 2 years in filming, photography, etc. (Preferred)
• Work Location: In person (hybrid job)
