Job Description
The Gen AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining strategy, architecture, and transition steps for software services and infrastructure related to business solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure services are implemented to specification and operate effectively. Additionally, the engineer will design and develop GenAI use case model pipeline and other relevant components using appropriate technologies and algorithms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certification in delivery methodologies such as Scaled Agile
- Certification in data management (structured and unstructured) and/or cloud architecture or engineering
- Strong contribution record in publications or leadership in open source communities, with a focus on foundation models or large-scale machine learning models
- Proficiency with server-side languages like Python, Ruby, Java, and PHP
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS, React, and React with Redux
- Familiarity with database technologies for structured and unstructured data
- Experience with code repository and project tools like GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence
- Ability to integrate APIs, create automated test cases, and perform Unit Testing (UT) and System Integration testing (SIT)
- Working experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)
- Understanding of web standards like HTML5 and Mobile
- Understanding of Agile application delivery methodologies and release management activities
- Experience with large-scale backend platforms powering ML models
