Job Description
The Lead Engineer will be responsible for building prototype AI/ML models and tools, understanding customer behaviors and pain points, developing a variety of AI models, translating business needs into AI/ML problems, working on data processing and visualization systems, and evaluating the performance of AI models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, ML, statistics, Computer Science, Software/Data Engineering, or related field
- Strong mathematical background in probability, statistics, and optimization algorithms
- Experience deploying machine learning models to production and measuring their impact
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other major programming languages
- Skilled in SQL and full-stack development
- Strong communication and project ownership skills

- Remote position requiring 16-20 hours per week with flexible hours
- Work with a stealth AI startup incubator
- Competitive salary range of $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
