Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, the Developer will be responsible for front-end and back-end development using Vue.js, NodeJS, Python, AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, and other AWS Services. The role involves collaborating with the team to ideate software solutions, developing client-side and server-side components, testing software, troubleshooting, and building features with a mobile responsive design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Experience developing web applications
- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Vue JS, XML, jQuery)
- Proficiency in back-end languages (e.g., Node, Python), AWS services (Lambda, Cognito, AppSync, API Gateway), and AWS Amplify CLI
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to adapt, solve problems, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and integrity
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs
Additional Information:
- - A minimum of 5+ years of development experience is preferred
- - Previous work experience in an Agile environment is a bonus
- - Experience in building Serverless applications on AWS is advantageous
