Job Description:

The role involves leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production. This includes creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, as well as conducting research, usability testing, and designing for accessibility.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience in UI/UX design for complex online services, knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards, and proficiency in tools like Axure for prototype creation. Experience working in an agile environment and designing for government solutions with complex navigation is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with using Axure for creating realistic prototypes, knowledge of designing to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards, experience in an agile environment, and designing for government or similar solutions with complex navigation and interactions.

Evaluation Criteria:

The candidate will be evaluated based on their experience in leading the design of complex digital services, a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise in complex online services, knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, and user experience principles. Experience in creating key design deliverables, conducting research and usability testing, designing accessible online services, and proficiency in design and prototyping software will also be considered.
