Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer/Consultant, you will be responsible for driving full stack end-to-end solutions based on interactions with the product owner. You will collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business requirements before initiating design and development. Additionally, you will design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with business needs, maintaining the operational stability and availability of products and services. This role also involves monitoring applications, responding to technical alerts, supporting post-incident reviews, and actively participating in new enhancements and developments within a cross-functional Agile delivery team structure.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, including requirement gathering, coding, testing, deployment, alerts, metrics, and supportability.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring (CORE, AOP, REST, SECURITY, CLOUD, WEB), RDBMS and NoSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Solace, Maven, Jenkins Pipelines, and various design patterns.
• Experience in service-based architecture with strong interface practices.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle phases like Development, Deployment, Monitoring Alerting, CI/CD, and Troubleshooting.
• Expertise in DevOps and Agile Methodology.
• Preferably knowledge of scripting and experience in highly scalable and data-intensive applications.
• Understanding of Data strategy, Data Archivals, Data Access Patterns, and technologies like Spark, Distributed processing, S3, Parquet, etc.
• Familiarity with technology stacks related to monitoring, alerting, CI/CD, Troubleshooting, and Resiliency.
