JOB DESCRIPTION

Minor Figures, a global brand in the plant-based coffee industry, is seeking a Junior Marketeer for their EMEA marketing team. The role involves supporting retail activations, event planning, creative input for campaigns, social media management, managing POS, newsletters, and more. It is a valuable, fixed-term contract position with potential for extension or permanent opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Possess strong organizational and planning skills
• Be a strong communicator and work well cross-functionally
• Demonstrate creativity in marketing and campaign execution
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible
• Be a self-starter with a willingness to learn and progress in the FMCG industry
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally hold a valid driver’s license

ABOUT YOUR TEAM

The Junior Marketeer will be part of the UK & EMEA team, reporting to the Head of Marketing (EMEA) and working closely with the Coffee Community Manager. This role requires an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and flexibility in handling various tasks effectively.

YOUR COMMITMENT
