Job Description:

We are seeking a digital marketer/optimization specialist to drive new ideas, personalized experiences, and communications. You will be responsible for designing testing strategies to enhance our customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include identifying ways for customers to engage with our digital properties, driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing customer satisfaction through analysis, creativity, and experiments. You will lead test planning and execution to derive actionable insights and optimizations to grow self-service digital adoption.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong communication skills, collaborating with different teams and using multivariate and A/B testing strategies to drive results across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant work experience

- Ability to understand transactional design for applications and content pages with a mobile-first approach

- Experience with A/B and Multivariate Testing platforms

- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and experience with Testing tools such as Adobe Test & Target

- Dedication to quality customer service, flexibility, enthusiasm, and passion for problem-solving

- Strong business acumen, creative thinking, multitasking abilities, and comfort in presenting to various stakeholders

- Proven leadership experience in managing difficult situations

Location:

This position is based in Houston, TX and requires remote work.

Other Information:

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
