Job Description:

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is searching for a dynamic and creative leader for the role of Senior Digital & Social Content Producer. This position involves shaping and growing the digital space for the show by building a content strategy and overseeing content creation for various platforms outside of the broadcast time. The role includes collaborating with Paramount partners, managing a team of digital producers, and enhancing The Late Show’s online brand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic vision and oversee the creative/editorial voice for digital content creation.
• Develop growth and content strategies based on analytics to increase audience engagement.
• Produce creative content exclusively for The Late Show’s digital channels.
• Manage digital team to re-package and promote broadcast segments on digital platforms.
• Coordinate content planning across social media platforms and produce original content with guests.
• Ownership of internal success metrics and events originating on social media.
• Interact with legal affairs on possible integrations/sponsorships and lead team brainstorms.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of creative and production experience in digital platforms related to entertainment.
• 6+ years of experience in managing high-performing teams and productions.
• Proven track record in building audience on YouTube and other social platforms.
• Expertise in digital analytics and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Additional Qualifications:

• Highly organized self-starter with excellent writing/communication skills.
• Prolific creative thinker who can work within a brand voice.

Additional Information:

Hiring Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000

Starting pay depends on factors like geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
