Job Description

The applicant should be conversant with interior design and execution, acting as a key intermediary with clients. They should have 2-3 years of experience in Commercial & Residential Interiors, handling projects from inception. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative thinking skills, utilizing CAD and other software to create designs based on client conversations. They should communicate regularly with clients to understand and adapt to their needs and be fluent in Kannada, English & Hindi. Familiarity with interior design trends and landscape is crucial, along with the ability to commute for meetings and site visits.

Requirements

Responsibilities include creating designs, meeting clients to understand their objectives, effective communication with clients, vendors and the team, preparing presentations, creating quotes, and staying updated on industry trends. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite, strong creative and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently.

Additional Information

The remuneration for the role will be on a contractual basis, with a fixed salary combined with performance-based incentives.
