DanceBUG - Videographer/Camera Operator

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Contract: Temporary

Job Description:

• Set up field kit with video, audio, and streaming components.
• Perform daily video test captures and adjust settings.
• Record and log performances and monitor audio levels.
• Connect and monitor broadcast streams and upload data after events.
• Travel to events nationwide and liaise with assigned coach for feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Videographer/Camera Operator.
• Ability to adjust camera settings such as white balance, exposure, and focus.
• Proficient in listening to and adjusting audio levels for quality sound.
• Comfortable with Windows-based computers and editing software.
• Willingness to travel, work 16-hour days, and hold a valid American Driver’s License.
• Able to lift approximately 50 lbs and work in dynamic event environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• Must pass Criminal background and Vulnerable Sector check due to proximity to children.
• Paid training and travel time, with rental cars provided.
• All equipment provided, expenses covered, and individual hotel rooms for team members.
