Job Description

The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland is seeking a part-time Photographer / Videographer to provide iconic imagery for the institution’s Marketing and Communications team. The role involves capturing photography and video content of performers, educators, and various arts activities across the institution.

Requirements

- Experience in photography and videography, with the ability to autonomously shoot and edit content to a professional standard.

- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.

- Strong communication skills to work with the Marketing and Communications team in creating imagery that aligns with the institution’s key messages.

- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and adapt to varying working hours each week.

- Submission of a digital portfolio of work is required as part of the application process.

- Candidates shortlisted for the role will undergo a practical photography exercise during the interview process.

Additional Information

- Part-time role (0.5 FTE) with approximately 17.5 hours per week.

- Permanent position with an annualised hours contract.

- Salary: £28,069 per annum pro rata.
