Job Description

ACRS is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing efforts across all channels including website, social media, email, and display ads. This role will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all digital marketing campaigns across website, social media, email, display ads, and search engine optimization
• Develop creative strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
• Research competitors to identify key markets and trends
• Execute paid social media campaigns to drive sales
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Analyze data for online marketing performance trends and optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams for content strategy and conversion optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver quality outcomes independently

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission + Benefits

Additional Information

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
