Job Description:
We are a Human Experience Agency based in Philadelphia, PA, focusing on removing friction between products and people through strategy, creative communications, and product development. We are seeking a freelance designer to join our team. As a designer, you will work on various project types, interpreting client business goals to develop visual concepts, collaborating with internal teams, and presenting ideas to clients.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience
- Strong control of typography and composition
- Conceptual design thinking
- Proficiency in Presentation Software (Keynote, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in Digital and Print Design (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Modern UX Design skills (Sketch, Figma, XD, etc.)
Additional Information:
The role involves working on a wide range of projects, collaborating closely with internal teams such as the creative director and senior designer, and presenting finalized concepts both internally and to clients. The ideal candidate should be able to provide intent and reasoning behind their designs, explaining the thought process clearly.
