Job Description
- Understand the company guidelines and spread awareness about the organization.
- Provide knowledge about chit-fund investments and their benefits to people.
- Identify individuals interested in chit-fund investments and assist them in starting the investment through the organization.
Requirements
- Communication skills (Regional language preferred). English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Openness to learning.
- Ability to understand and effectively convey the benefits of the organization to customers.
- Willingness to receive feedback from senior managers and implement suggestions.
