Job Description

This contract role focuses on shaping the site to be safe, trusted, equitable, and professional for members. The responsibilities include product audits, competitive audits, and crafting end-to-end flows that affect the user experience of an app used by billions of members to create economic opportunities.

Collaboration with various teams such as user research, product management, engineering, and marketing is essential to lead the design process effectively.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
• 2+ years of experience in user experience design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to deliver projects of various scales independently or as part of a team
• Ability to influence decisions in team discussions
• Capability to create comprehensive solutions for user flows and experiences
• Identifying opportunities to enhance design systems

Compensation
