Job Description

As a Data Scientist at Authenticate™, you will work on implementing statistical and machine learning solutions in commercial technology. You will develop and deploy multi-modal machine learning models to analyze unstructured data, automating report generation. The role involves leading the development of EthicAI by Authenticate™, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models for smart policing solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, or related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated experience in building, training, and/or tuning deep neural networks (CNN, RNN, GNN, etc.).
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and working with relational databases.
• Experience with distributed computing and cloud-based AI/ML platforms, preferably AWS SageMaker.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.
• Optimization of Large Language Models.
• Evaluating model performance and alignment with business goals.
• Integration of Retrieval-Augmented Generation to enhance Large Language Models.
• Building prototypes for scalable ML models.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
