Job Description
Wine & Design is seeking fun and charismatic art instructors for their downtown Montclair location. In this role, you will lead painting classes where customers create their own artworks under your guidance. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work energetically with a team.
Responsibilities and duties include developing and executing teaching methods, instructing customers in a clear and energetic manner, and ensuring a fun and relaxed atmosphere during classes.
Requirements
- Ability to design and execute quality acrylic paintings in various styles
- Public speaking or performance skills
- Time management and communication skills
- College degree in an art or design-related field preferred
- Some experience leading group activities
- Experience in customer service
Additional Information
- Salary: Starting at $21+/hour plus gratuities
- Job Types: Part-time, Contract
