Job Description:
As a Creative Design Manager at Aviva, you will be responsible for leading a team and delivering innovative and thought-provoking creative concepts through to production. You will collaborate with various teams and play a key role in developing Marketing campaigns in line with business strategy and KPIs. A mix of creativity, collaboration, and leadership is needed for success in this role.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience as a conceptual designer in a busy studio environment
- Proficiency in digital, motion, and print design across various campaigns
- Experience in managing and mentoring other designers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
- A collaborative working style and strong team player
Additional Information:
- Salary for the role is circa £45,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
