Job Description
Bespoke Bohéme, an experiential event design and production agency, is seeking an Associate Event Producer to support the production team and clients. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, budget management, production schedules, asset management, and onsite support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of event production and management experience
- Entertainment, Brand, or Hospitality experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and evenings
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in marketing and design is advantageous
