Job Description

Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining applications in the Employee Experience Technology environment. Design, code, test, debug, and document programs for corporate systems architecture. Work under general direction on complex projects, providing guidance and checking work of less experienced associates. Knowledge of business/function for which applications are designed.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in design and development using Camunda.

- Extensive BPM knowledge and experience with conceptualizing workflow solutions using Camunda.

- Experience in Spring/Microservice Architecture using Camunda BPM.

- Expert proficiency in Microservices and Spring Boot.

- Experience in Java, J2EE Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Design, Hibernate, Spring Framework.

- Knowledge of Agile software development life cycle.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and ability to write reusable libraries.

- Proficiency in SQL Database, xml, SOAP, J2EE.

- Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.

- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.

- Strong development skills with the ability to translate technical designs into workable solutions.

- Ownership of design, development, and testing of all data transformation, extraction, and migration activities.

- Work closely with the database administrator on data conversion/migration processing impact and assist in performance tuning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Must have 7+ years of IT experience.

- Technical Enterprise Java with Spring and Hibernate is a must.
