Job Description
Client is seeking an EPS Lead Full Stack Developer to facilitate the development of a critical system for the Medicaid Enterprise System Project. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Web Portals using technologies such as Angular, React, Java, and JEE based applications. The role requires experience in building enterprise applications, extensive knowledge of Angular, React.js, Spring Framework, REST, SOAP development, SAML SSO, and AWS Cloud, among other skills. The individual will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical applications.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Extensive working knowledge in designing and maintaining web-based solutions using Angular, React.js, Spring Boot, Java EE, and other frameworks
- Experience working with application servers like WebSphere and Tomcat, and relational databases such as Oracle
- Strong understanding of enterprise architectural patterns, JEE design patterns, and Java reflection
- Ability to work with web client-side technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), debugging, problem-solving, and XML parsing
- Familiarity with database maintenance, ETL concepts, data analytics, client-server architecture, SDLC, cloud deployment, security models, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in developing, testing, debugging, documenting Java/JEE applications, as well as working with multiple operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to plan, communicate effectively, adapt to new environments, manage multiple projects, and provide realistic effort estimates

The job is a full-time, contract, temporary position with a pay range of $48.00 - $53.00 per hour. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC, and the work location is a hybrid remote setup in Raleigh, NC 27603.
