Job Description

The Temporary Producer (Part-time) at The CW Twin Cities will be responsible for creating cutting-edge commercials for clients, participating in client meetings, shooting and editing content, and potentially engaging in social media content creation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Non-linear editing experience using Adobe Premiere
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (Willingness to learn is acceptable)
• Understanding of creating content for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Experience in shooting, scripting, and editing short and long-form spots
• Ability to craft compelling storytelling content
• Strong design fundamentals: color, typography, composition
• Familiarity with post-production processes and video encoding
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different production styles
• Proficiency in working with HD cameras, videography, motion graphics, and creative lighting techniques
• Capability to maintain digital assets, archives, and editing systems
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationships
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment exceeding 40 lbs
• Preferably, a college degree
