Job Description:

We are seeking Freelance User Experience Specialists (Interaction Architect) to join our teams in Toronto or Vancouver. The role involves creating user flows, building wireframes, and conducting usability tests for a high-profile client. Responsibilities include:

• Creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes for web, e-commerce, and mobile platforms
• Analyzing user interface problems and developing solutions that meet business goals
• Organizing information visually, preparing wireframes, and applying principles of human-computer interaction
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements
• Enhancing organization reputation by taking ownership of projects and adding value

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a digital agency or on digital products
• Experience in interactive web, e-commerce, and understanding of Web/Mobile/Social Media/CMS
• Proficiency in Sketch, InVision (knowledge of Studio is a plus), and UX design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers for design implementation
• Strong leadership skills with interest in mentoring
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
