Job Description

The Tech Support and Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our practice’s technological infrastructure and enhancing our digital presence. This individual will be responsible for managing various tech platforms, implementing workflows, providing support to our team, and driving our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Squarespace domains and backends, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
• Update and maintain websites as needed.
• Utilize Google Workspace to streamline communication and collaboration within the team.
• Configure and maintain Therapy Flow CRM, including setting up triggers and workflows.
• Assist in migrating workflows from Asana to Google Workspace or Therapy Flow CRM.
• Provide solutions for email signature privacy issues through integration with platforms such as Paubox.
• Oversee Bamboo HR management and update Trainual onboarding platform as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for various roles within the practice.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO optimization, copywriting, and spreading awareness of our services.

Requirements

• Background check clearance.
• Prior experience with Squarespace domains and backends.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Therapy Flow CRM.
• Experience with Monday.com or Asana for workflow management.
• Knowledge of privacy solutions like Paubox integration.
• Experience in healthcare companies and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Familiarity with Bamboo HR and Trainual onboarding platform.
• Ability to develop standard operating procedures for organizational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Google Forms, Typeform, and Form Publisher.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
• Availability during specified hours Monday through Friday, with flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Copywriting skills with a focus on digital marketing materials.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and strategies.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the healthcare or mental health industry.
• Experience in setting up and monitoring Google ads, TikTok ads, and analyzing efforts.

Compensation

This is a remote part-time position offering 15 hours per week at an hourly rate of $25, with potential for additional hours as the practice grows. The selected candidate is required to be available for tech support during working hours.
