Job Description
Guide Health is seeking a visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO)/Co Founder with exceptional skills in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Science, and Computer Science. This active founding member position offers equity in a pioneering company transforming healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of Guide Health’s technology strategy focused on AI, LLMs, and Data Science.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions for improved patient outcomes.
- Drive technical aspects of initiatives involving chatbot development, data security, telemedicine, and health devices integration.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable technology systems aligned with business goals and healthcare delivery models.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and patient-centricity within the technology team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
- Oversee the technology budget for resource optimization and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with expertise in AI, LLMs, Data Science, and Computer Science.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations.
- Deep knowledge of NLP techniques, ML algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with dialog management systems, conversational AI platforms, and data engineering.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, big data technologies, and healthcare data standards.
- Strong leadership, team management skills, and ability to align technology strategies with business objectives.

- Remote work is optional, but commitment to regular team meetings and tasks is required.
- No base salary for this founding member position; equity offered post-seed funding.
